MISSION

To strengthen the society on the basis of community participation. To connect women, children, youth and deprived sections of the society with the mainstream of development and to conserve and promote natural resources while maintaining ecological balance.

OBJECTIVES

To make the lives of people “happier”.

  • To foster inclusive development, the mission aims to promote active collaboration among diverse community members, encompassing women, children, youth, and marginalized sections. This involves facilitating their seamless integration into the mainstream, addressing their needs, amplifying their voices, and creating opportunities for holistic development. Additionally, the mission seeks to empower women, children, and youth through educational initiatives for active participation in decision-making, while also working to reduce social inequalities by specifically addressing the needs of deprived sections. Furthermore, the mission is committed to supporting community-led development projects, empowering local communities to identify, plan, and implement solutions tailored to their unique challenges and aspirations.

  • To encourage sustainability by promoting practices that conserve and protect natural resources, underlining the crucial importance of maintaining ecological balance for the well-being of present and future generations. Simultaneously, it strives to preserve and promote local cultures and traditions through development efforts infused with cultural sensitivity, acknowledging the intrinsic value of cultural diversity in fostering community cohesion and sustainable development.

  • To create a sense of environmental stewardship among community members, encouraging responsible and sustainable practices that contribute to the conservation of ecosystems and promote resilience in the face of environmental challenges.

  • Establish strong monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to assess the impact of community engagement initiatives while ensuring continuous improvement, transparency and accountability in achieving the mission objectives
